We are a small exciting cooking school nestled in in the beautiful Texas Hill Country in refreshing Fredericksburg Texas USA. Our mission is to teach students to fuse a love for fresh local ingredients and uncomplicated recipes into a creative dining experience which is also a healthy and tasty meal.
We teach in small groups where you learn from accomplished chefs each teaching their own techniques and secrets for delicious healthy cooking. Best of all you will get to enjoy the class’ tasty results . In addition to professional chef instruction in the kitchen, most classes include exciting field trips to orchards, vineyards, or some other “foodie” destinaton. Field trips provide a wealth of practical information on the proper selection of ingredients.
